Delete your VanProof account

Quickest: in the app

1. Open VanProof and sign in.
2. Tap Account, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your login and your name are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email [contact email] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us the name of the delivery company you drive for. We’ll delete your account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

• Deleted: your login, email address, name, and any phone notification settings.
• Kept by your delivery company: vehicle checks and van photos you’ve already done, without your name. They are the company’s record of its vans’ condition, kept for as long as it keeps its van records.
